Ted thinks Toph is a PUNK. Almost as bad as that Dragon Knight kid (aka Futch), except he's talked to you more than once and while you're still bratty and you're REALLY ANNOYING BECAUSE YOU CAN TELL WHEN HE'S LYING AND PUSH THE ISSUE a-at least Toph can understand that runes = not good to talk about and can be surprisingly decent... when not being an utter BRAT.
