Hi! It's good to hear from you. <3 I have been mourning the active days of LJ fandom, too-- it isn't the same anymore, and I don't love the show as much as I used to, but I don't want to let go of the wonderful connections I've made here! To that end, I invest a lot in spn_bunker. It's still a hangout, with weekly events that generate fun discussion, and I'd love to see you there. It's kind of random, how much activity there is, but it's the most active corner of fandom that I know if. <3 <3

Just rereading a few of my bookmarked dean/cas fics, its been 18 months since I read spn fic, nice to rediscover what I loved so much about them, and just in time for the start of DCBB postings. Will check out the bunker, never strayed out into the wider fandom back in the day, kept to the gen and d/c corners.

Haven't watch the S11 premier yet, maybe on the weekend. Looking forward to it though.

I had this vague niggling doubt in the back of my mind that my disappointment in the later seasons would spoil the earlier seasons...unfounded as that was. Actually reading some spn (dean/cas) fic for the first time since season 8 and kinda falling in love all over again...its a nice feeling. Good to remember why these two idjits are two of my favourite characters and still holding down the number two spot of my OTP list. And frankly its a slim margin to the number one spot.
