They seem to be getting blow out from under me as I'm trying to cross them to get help, maybe its karma finally catching up for all my bad deeds. but the fact of the matter is i need it to stop and I'm going to try whatever in my power to make it stop. Lets see if i succeed, care to help?

You can't really defeat it, all you can do is do a lot of good deeds and hopefully good things will happen to you. Give out good, and good will come back to you.
