I walked into the STC Office of Human Resources. While the secretary looks over my applications, a completely clueless young man keeps interrupting us asking, "And this?" as he points to the section of the application that asks about military service. "Are you on active service?" A blank stare. "Are you in the military?" He doesn't answer.
