It's just... it has no sense, it makes no sense. it's stupid BS. I'm just sad i spent 5 years of my life on such shit and i'm even more sad that poor jensen is contracted to carry this fucking trainwreck for another season.
I agree. I really feel worse for Jensen. He can't escape this stuff. And if the story that Jared is true, then it was Jensen's own friend that sold him down the river, just because he couldn't handle not being the center of attention. How pathetic of Jared, and how pathetic of the show to give in to him.

I'd be all for Sam jumping into the damn pit and STAYING there. Next season? Dean, human!Cas and Bobby fighting evil.
Jared told some fans at I think the Italy Con (possibly the LA one, but I'm thinking the Italy one), that he had a meltdown during the filming of "Changing Channels" and Kripke had to fly out and talk to him and reassure him about the rest of the season, and some things were changed in the season, writing wise. Considering where the season has ended, after the way it started out, a lot of people are now thinking the things that were changed were negative for Dean and positive for Sam. Thus the upset that Jared threw a Diva like fit and got Jensen's story screwed over as a result. I was doubtful when I first heard the conspiracy theories about this, but after tonight and seeing the preview for next week, I'm thinking tis true.

You're welcome! And yea, it's just depressing as hell, it really is. This show could have been so amazing, and it could have gone some amazing places, for both characters, not just Dean.
For them to backtrack on everything they promised for Dean, and retcon it so that he is absolutely nothing, is the most pathetic thing ever.
And for them to act like Sam is THE Hero and the only hero, is even worse.
Thanks for clarifying a few things for me. I had heard the rumors, but found them hard to believe. Now it seems belieavable. How very unprofessional of both JP and the writers/directors.
Shows, though what a truly generous actor/person Jensen is, because there didn`t seem to be a rift between them at the cons.
I think I will stick to season 6, only out of loyalty to Jensen. I think he deserves having fans pointing out the faults of this season, and possible next season. Otherwise all that will be left are those that embrace the Sam/JP wagon. I would really hate that.
