That song is unbelievable. I think it's playing constantly on Seattle's C89.5. It's called "Dragonstea Din Tei" and is sung in Romanian by a group called O-Zone. Here are the lyrics translated to English. They are almost completely unintelligable but somehow they speak to me about the nature of women and loss
