300: good samaritan

last thursday i lost my NY State ID card.
i was so fuckin pissed cuz three weeks prior i had been on line at the DMV in Yonkers for two fuckin hours just applying for the damn thing.
luckily there are still good samaritans in this city.
today in the mail, i received a letter.
inside was my ID.

the note said this:
Thid ID was found on the Eastside

I found someone's id before and sent it back to them. I didn't put any of my info on it either. Hmmm...
