Nothing was said about Mexicans winning the war in Iraq. Kerry was simply stating that Bush attacked the wrong country. If he wanted to go after terrorists, he should have gone straight to Afghanistan where the terrorists were known to be. Kerry used a quote to get his point across from Richard Clarke (the terrorism czar during the Ronald Reagan administration, George H W Bush administration, Bill Clinton administration, and the first year of the George W Bush administration) who said, "Invading Iraq in response to 9/11 would be like Franklin Roosevelt invading Mexico in response to Pearl Harbor." Pointless.
