So while I don't think it's a reasonable sort of thing to put on a Christmas list, I've decided that when I come back to Pittsburgh in January I'm going to have a studio-strobe with me. Hooray for a decent-paying job! My understanding is that 700 w/s is probably a good call and that a light+stand+umbrella will run me from ~$600-$800. nothingoth and krues8dr,
