It's more like, the emotionally manipulative lengths to which the environmental lobby will go, lol. Also interesting, is who is making the trains run on time in the post-apocalyptic society?
It all comes from Rousseau... this view of humans as a curse upon nature instead of its culmination and guardian. I understand the need for proper "stewardship", but I really think that most of these guys would rather we all take a gun to our head for the sake of the environment.
