Sleep patterns suck.And that is bad for you. Maybe try a sleep med in the interim, till you find something new? There's some great, totally non-addictive ones out there.
I hope things get resolved soon. Sleep patterns being screwed up can really make you feel like crap most of the time and that is no good! I hope you find something better soon.
