I've been sleeping a LOT more lately and remembering my strange dreams a lot less. I would normally be happy about this sleeping more, but I have a feeling I am sleeping due to not feeling well. I decided to wear mens jeans this morning. I have not worn mens jeans in YEARS. Heartburn SUCKS. I don't know how some people live with it all the time. It's been going on for a week now. I've cut down on the caffeine and been drinking water instead. Still, not much relief.
