What has surprised you the most about me (if anything) since joining my flist/"friending me"? Was anything completely unexpected or have I always fit the picture of me you have in your head?

that you have artist block, or have trouble drawing at times. I always picture bursting at the seams with ideas and lacked the time or sometimes technical skill to execute to your satisfaction.

It's more of an inability to transfer the images in my head to paper. After Paula passed it became harder and hareer to concentrate on the inspiration. I guess in some ways she was My inspiration. But I am working on it.

I have that problem except I clearly lack the talent to put it to paper.I make up for it in aother ways. I hate that losing Paula has stymied what you once had. I would think that she would never want that for you but that seldom frees your mind to draw as she would want. You just have to plug away at it and one day the joy and inspiration she brought will out weight the loss you feel.

Actually, the thought that has been helping me is "what would Paula want me to do?" That has by far been more inspirational than any so called help I've been getting from my therapist.
