So, I am at work, and I have hardly managed to be a busy, little, good drone today. I can't wake up for shit, been like this all day, and it is almost time to go home. There has got to be something better to do than working for the corporate/education machine

Thanks hun that makes me feel a bit better. I love you so much...you among only a few others (you do it the best though) know how to put things into perspective for me. Kind of like Forest Gump's "Mama." You know how to explain things to me :).

Uh, Tony, no matter what you do, you're always going to be working for the corporate/education machine. There isn't a job in this world that doesn't do it's bidding for the machine. The only possibility might be becoming an artist, but if you became successful, UH would hail you as one of their greatest graduates, and jump through hoops just for you to speak at some event, which ultimately is doing work for the machine. So in the end, there is no way out of the machine, unless you want to be a bum, and I don't think you want to be. Just find a spot in the machine that you can be happy with and go to work.
