Yeah, well, the tab's for you. The Victoria refuses to pay for it, too. I'll try to get the store owners to waive it. Bet some of them're your fans and will let it go if you sign autographs or something.... The others who won't allow it to pass, you'll have you pay, though.

I am thinking of them. I'm thinking of how much they need to learn fiscal responsibility so they don't grow up like him.

And I would not put it past Gintoki to understate how much he has in order to try to get someone else to pay for him. I think he could cough it up if he were motivated enough. Gotta be someone out there who owes him money.
