Inspired by Christopher Sell of the Chip Shop

I found this recipe online while reading Julie Powell's blog. Then I got up and fried some Milky Way, 3 Musketeers and a cookie. Turned out pretty good.  The batter was light and crisp and contrasted the candy quite well.

This batter is great for making fish and chips. But also great for frying other
