not a bad one. The schedule called for a solid 20 minutes, but I've been a bit lax lately so I'm repeating the 8-5-8. Managed it, just about. didn't time it, just did 4 laps for each 8, I seem to hit very close to that anyway when I time it. Probably do another one of these before jumping in to the full 20

I'm considering taking up the Couch to 5k plan myself. I am finding myself needing a new goal with my exercise, and this could be what I need.
