Kath, I'm with you on Home Delivery Network

they delivered my amazon order

Directly into a bin.

Very fortunately, because of previous warnings I did actually think to LOOK in the bin. But if I hadn't, it was a cardboard package in a paper and card recycling bin, it would have gone completely unnoticed.

Ha! Vindicated! (Hope it was OK though).
FFS write them a formal complaint. One day they'll get enough and have to use a different delivery network and then I can use Amazon again.

yeah, it was fine, but only because I wanted the delivery for my holiday so checked the tracking. If it wasn't for that I'd have assumed it was just late, and probably taken out the recycling without knowing

Unfortunately not unique. As Karen says, me and Home Delivery Network go waaaay back.
I ended up deleting my Amazon account of 10 years+ so I wouldn't be tempted to order more stuff, after they assured me there was no delivery option I could pick which would guarantee no HDN.

I just went to their website, found a phone number and moaned at a woman for a bit.
