I've never done the Medco thing simply because I don't like how helpless it makes me feel to send off to some big mysterious company for my daily drugs. At least with a pharmacy, if they're out of the drug I can get my 'script' back and go to another pharmacy. Sure it's generally (a little) more expensive and having to go to a second pharmacy can be a hassle, but having that feeling of control is worth the extra few bucks to me.

Ahhh - nothing like doing the math.

I always laugh at the store when it is cheaper to buy 2 of the smaller things than 1 of the big things. Hellooooo.

And what is sad is many people are fooled just because they don't take the time to figure it out!

I feel like the veil has been lifted from my eyes. I cast my gaze toward the big corporation and say, "I see you! And I know what you're doing!"
