After alot alot of nagging from my friends and family for not posting my entries regularly... I've decided to do it today! Btw, I am sick today, caught a cold from a picnic and water by Cougee Beach yesterday with my mate, Jon and our friends

caught a cold? no worries. drink more water and when i say drink more water, u don't really drink more water but gulp in, imbible yourself with as much water as possible. at the same time, try to catch sleep and take more rest.

dunn believe in people, like the ang moh, saying to take oranges. they are harmful.

may sound cliqche but, drink more water and sleep more.
