I cast this off earlier today. I've had it almost complete for a while but just put it away and never looked at it again. I only had to do the repeat one more time, the border and cast it off so here it is. I still need to bury the ends in and wash it. Possibly some light blocking. But I love the color and the pattern was amazingly simple for such

Lovely baby blanket! I just finished a flannel receiving blanket for my brother and sister-in-law's great niece. I, too, am very slow at finishing things...I will get it almost done and then sit there and stare at it...I don't know what I expect my projects to do...maybe finish themselves? Anyways--lovely gift--I'm sure it will be well used and loved!!
