I just looked at it, and there are three tiny scratches. My brother and I both played through the game and it was fine for both of us. It has been in its case for about 3 months now after we were done playing it. I just put it in my ps3 now, and it seems to be operating without any trouble or delay or anything. :D

To be honest, I am pretty sure it is a European or Chinese version. I've never opened it to find out, and it was given to me by someone. "Release of this CD, which is identical to a CD distributed earlier in Japan, has been authorized by the licensor under condition limiting distribution to outside Japan." - what it reads on the back cover. So, not a bootleg, but probably a European or Chinese release. :D I understand that people are usually only interested in Japanese versions, though, so that's all right if it's not what you're looking for! :D
