I dispise the gradutaion test. It's not hard. That's what I hate it. The test-makers mock the intellgence of Georgia High Schoolers when they wrote this test. I think they believed all the "redneck" jokes and generalizations about southerners. I felt like I belonged on Blue Collar or Beverly Hillbillies. This test mocks without apology. They have to make it easy enough so all levels of students can pass. It may not be hard for you and me, but to some kids in tech, it probably is difficult.

I know but a lot of the tech kids said it was insultingly easy.

Yuck! I feel like I'm on a horribly written (not that this would EVER happen) episode of Gilmore Girls. That test was so pointless!

My problem is that it's so easy that it's hard. The choices might make sense in some minds, but I'm stuck staring at the question for ten minutes, wondering what on EARTH they want to know. They really need to have different levels of the test.
