Tomorrow is the last day of the month, new month is starting so my new goal is starting as well. I am holding around 136-137, period is coming but I am going to get under 135 this month, thats my only goal right now. Anything under 135 then I will go from there. For your waist, i strongly suggest Pilates. It is all about strengthening your core muscles.
My thighs are ughhhh. I've always hated them, i remember my dad trying to convince me, as a scrawny ten year old, that it's normal for the muscles to relax when you sit down, it doesn't mean they're fat. I still refuse to believe it. Anyway. If you find any good suggestions for stumpy legs, let me know!
Carrots and Hummus are a yummy snack, lots of fiber and protein. Also edamame (soy pods) are yummy and fun to eat if you get them still in the shell (don't eat the shell though). They're fairly high in calorie content for a bean, but that's because they are choc full of protein.
