echoing aini's thoughts;

i feel like moving out in the near future too:( i like having my own private space. being able to do whatever i want whenever i want to. i've always dreamed of living in a chic NYC apartment. or a penthouse with long glass windows. but realistically, yeah. i'd be happy with my own place whatever its like. haha.

and well. ( Read more... )

I TOTALLY KNEW IT WAS THE TWILIGHT HOME! CAUSE THE PIC CAME OUT EXACTLY AS THE WAY I IMAGINED IT IN THE BOOK!

AND WTFFFFFFFFFF? TRAVOLTA? I CAN ONLY SEE 2 PLANES! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER 2? Lol! And where's the runway? if that's the runway his takeoff must be like, superdamnfucking pro. Imagine in the morning "Honey I'm going to work! Kids time for school!" and they all hop onto the plane and the plane zooms off! (which is not very soft btw lol!)

Oh you should like, totally put those Arab princes/elite classes homes. I heard they're so huge that they have to drive from one end of the home to the other. And the interiors are lavishly decorated like hotels!

Ganesh says changi airport's is 4km if I remember correctly! LOL. And it's gotta be around that length for commercial planes cause I heard a story about some arab dude (yes them arabs again) who landed his private commercial plane in a military airbase. Just cause he couldn't wait for his turn to land at a commercial airport. In the end they had to hire a skillful pilot, remove EVERYTHING inside that contributes to weight (that includes all his gold plated shit, yeah, including toilet seats and taps, probably even in the literal sense! LOL), and fly on minimum fuel back to the commercial airport. Totally laughed at him till my intestines fell out.

Ganesh told us this story to prove his point that take off distance is longer than landing distance. LOL

aah, no wonder there was that 'where have i heard this story before' feeling. while we go 'Ouch' at throwing out the gold plated toilet seats, the arab guy would probably have felt like it was throwing peanuts at the monkeys in the zoo. damn their wealth. why are we on the other side of the spectrum:(

maan, i wonder what its like to have gold plated toilet seats.
