don't know the plural, but it's always the word, then the dots, then a space then the next word, such as... this. :)

Three answers for a libra.

A: I don't think 'ellipsis' is the noun, 'dots' are. Therefore you have ellipsis dots and not ellipsi dot. Besides, ellipsis dots only ever occur in plural form, you can never have only one. Sort of a like soulmates.

A: There aren't any spaces between the dots.

A: Yes, I do.
