The first step in developing LJ dignity is not mentioning your own disgust with your posts. As you know, many upon many people make their journal boring, not only to others but to themselves, by constantly ranting out insecurities of some kind about their writing, insecurities that don't even qualify for that term. Not to mention redundant comments like "my, I haven't updated in a while

This entry is all very humoristic, (consciously) and thus, nothing is taken very seriously here, ofcourse I did mean the things I said, but I like to present these things in a humeristic way you see. The reason why I find sayings like: "this is entry so boring, this entry is shit, why are you reading this entry, are you really that bored that you are reading my entry etc. etc." to be annoying is because the writer always takes himself very seriously, puts himself in a place where he's over the reader, (because the reader's the one reading this shit, not him) babbles to all about how shitty his writing is, also to get comments like "no it's not", and also as a part of his self hating machine called brian. (I like to argue that people who claim to hate themselfs, usually, (in a way) love themselfs more than anything in the world since they are very very busy with themselfs and not putting their mind to nothing else. And also, when I "hated" myself, I found myself to be a pretty cool guy, I mean, I'm depressed and selfhating, come on!!

Well I think you took my comment too seriously as well. I was making fun of you in it partly, but also being serious.
I sort of get what you're saying about the writer not taking themself so seriously, but at the same time I think I like taking myself seriously, putting myself "over the reader" if you will, though I also understand that my writing capabilities are quite limited and I often don't have anything to put over them. Nonetheless, I don't waste precious space writing things only to make clear how notseriously I take myself. (I'm making fun of you here, don't be so serious).
And the "wow, I haven't updated in a log time guys!!!" wasn't in reference to you... more like joanna (um... no offense to her, or anything...).

Well, I do take myself seriously and put myself over the reader, but not when I write a parody or some different kinds of writings. And deffinatly not when I say how much my writing sucks.
and the "wow." thing, who you were talking about! what do you take me for? a sheep? (no offense to her or anything...)
