I’ve been avoiding making a public announcement about this, because I was hoping that some kind of miracle would happen and I would find a way to write 25K a day and finish my last Fringe novel ahead of schedule. Alas, that isn’t going to happen.

I'm assuming you've seen Road House, so then make sure you see Hell Drivers/Try and Get Me. They both punched me hard in the face when Noir City came to Seattle.

One of the absolute-for-Pete's-sake-don't-misses, TRY AND GET ME!, is Opening Night. NATIVE SON is an astonishing find, and INFERNO blows the doors off. And I don't know why Eddie insists that SECRET BEYOND THE DOOR is ridiculous - it's a beautiful film.

I always looked forward to reading your reports. Have you thought about compiling your Noir City reviews, maybe selling them, or at least making them available in ons place?

It's nice to read commentary that's seasoned with spice and vinegar.
