Ok so I took a week off from the coffee shop starting next week. Partly because they sent a memo last month saying that vacation wouldn't accrue past 40 hours and since my vacation hours are now stagnant at 48 for two fortnights in a row I guess they are serious. And I don't get anything if I take time off teaching, not even paid

You can only save up to 40 hours of vacation at a time? Wow, that's shitty.

Ok it might be more than 40 but not more than 60. Slowly but surely every decent reason to have that job is getting nixed. Btw if I were more than a coffee slinger's bitch I would get more hours before they stopped counting.
