today I am struck by the realisation again that I am in a different place. I can almost imagine how Shin must have felt now living in a different country/culture. Just in the very recent past, I was so comfortably anchoring myself or my existence on the familarity of my old company, job scope, colleagues, clients and work partners and lunches at

Yep babe, it takes a while... and sometimes longer than we'd like but never give up cos we always underestimate our ability to thrive upon change. And only because we've never done it before but there's always a first time.

Bit by bit, start focusing on the positive bits of your new env and try to let it grow on you.

But also tell yourself you have the choice and freedom to move anytime. It really takes the pressure away...
