All three portraits are excellently written! The last made me cry. One of my closest friends is Muslim and from India and we've often discussed her fear for the safety of her children.

These stories are sad, though a few have notes of happiness. I so, so want people to care about others as human. We are all human.

I cannot stand prejudice, no matter what it's for.

I feel our former president and his ilk made the racists come out of the woodwork. It's STILL WRONG.

Love. We need to teach more love and compassion.

Thank you for all the reminders, though basically what you showed is that discrimination has been part of humans in all times.

This was very well-done; I like the common thread that runs through all of them and how you go from past to present, highlighting how some things tend to stay the same, just under a different name. Maybe it's a common theme that will always go on, maybe not. The best we can do is be mindful of our own thoughts and feelings and try to spread those habits to others.
