It appears that my organization was not spared from the vandalism of yesterday. I would like to ask my employees to please check your work areas for anything that's been disturbed or might be missing

You'll have to forgive me. Someone very dear to me suffered in the hands of the Police for which there was never any agreeable resolution. Surely you could understand why I would wish to keep this at a more individual level...

I don't mean to speak poorly of any of the members of your force, especially as it's been some time since this occurred... for all I know, there's no one remaining from that incident. But I felt it important to acknowledge the service that was done, despite my misgivings of the past.

I'm afraid that there was a fair amount of damage.... furniture overturned, walls spray painted, machinery with minor damage, and some chemicals spilled... things of that nature. It's not looking like they had time to take anything, which I attribute to the Police's intervention.
