[If Xemnas is surprised by the turn of events, he's not showing it.]

Relax. Panic will help no one.

[The tube helping him to breathe is the first to go, and his body shudders as he succumbs to a slight coughing fit before collapsing back on the bed. After a moment his eyes turn to the device quietly recording him from the table.]

[He frowns, hand reaching up to clutch at his head.]

"I could do without the alarms... really..."

Rain had been quietly sneaking in at night and other odd times to sit with him. She knew it was all her fault that he'd been hurt and couldn't bear to think of him dying because of her.

When everything started going crazy she panicked and plastered herself against the back wall to be out of the way of whatever doctors or nurses might come rushing in.

Meanwhile, Saya had made her way back to the room, having gone down to the cafeteria for food. She clearly hadn't expected what she came back to. Her expression fell, the quick wash of worry over her features only enhancing the tiredness residing on them.

She began skirting around the nurses, missing Rain's presence in the upheaval and in her own gripping fear. Rain though definitely couldn't miss just how authoritative the voice issuing from the young woman was, even as she disappeared around the other side of Solomon's bed and was blocked by the grouping of nurses attending to him.

"Try to get the IVs out before he hurts himself again." One of the nurses moved to argue and then stopped quickly for whatever reason.
Saya's voice turned softer. "Solomon... calm down. It's alright. Don't pull on the rest of those, give the nurses a chance to take them out..."

Lilith had been alerted about the abrupt change in Doctor Solomon's state by the nurse personnel and rushed to the room he was in. He had awoken, it seems, and he was struggling with the UVs and the machinery.

"Clear the room," she gently told the visitors as she opened her path by the crowd of nurses. "Please, stay outside while we restrain him."

Rain stayed back against the wall, the fear filling the room adding to her own and leaving her wide-eyed and frozen.

Still for the first time, she found a tiny bit of hope emerging.
