^_^ okay I'm going to update about promotion. I'm going to write about every single detail so I won't forget any of it. If I forget something, tell me so I can add it in.
yesterday:
period3: did nothing the whole period. oh yes signed yearbooks but that's about it. i signed maggie's t-shirt.
period4: we took thea two finals. I did bad -_-;;.
lunch: i don't remember what happened >< somebody tell me. OH YEAH nevermind I remember. we were signing yearbooks, and charles spilled soda over me.
period5: we sang.. like 132453 times. boy i was so nervous i almost peed my pants. i signed a ton of yearbooks but i forgot mine --;.
period6: I don't remember what we did in history. mr. law gave us a long talk about dressing nice to the ceremony and dance. oh yeah annie and i just sat around playing egyptian war. everyone joined in, but we all got owned by arnav ;_;.
okay okay so anyways :) afterschool I got home.. and went online for a while. Then I took a shower and I put on my dress and dried my hair and I waited for my sister to get home. It was around 3:30 by then, so I was just running around the house doing some last minute stuff. Then my sister got to play with my face. x_x;;. She almost pinched all my skin off when she put on the eyelash curler ^_^;; then I started crying so she started all over again. She curled my hair after and sprayed a bunch of hair spray in my hair. I was practicing Seasons and America, so my sister sang along with me. Before I knew it, Angela came to pick me up. I was running around the house in my heels all nervous.
then I ran outside to Angela's car after giving my sister several hugs. xD I was running and I almost tripped over my feet so I started walking. When I got in the car, I said hi to Mrs. Yang (whee that sounds funny) and Angela was looking at me like I was crazy. Angela looked so pretty and pure :). no makeup at all. --;; Angela said I looked like a doll. Along the way to Brian's house, we talked a bit.. and then we got there. We waited in the car for a while, and then we found out Tammy couldn't come to the ceremony. Angela felt pretty sad, :/ so I was bummed out too. We got to school, and I was so nervous when we got out of the car. I saw Shela, and I hugged her and then we got run over. Shela looked so cutee. I ran in, and everyone was looking at me funny. I got really scared so I hid behind Angela and we walked into the gym. Hah special music student treatment >:]. so I walk in, and I see this girl in the same dress as me. T_T I wanted to trample over her, but that wouldn't have been very polite so I didn't. I saw Michelle in her pretty springy dress and I we hugged each other and went crazy. She looked simply beautiful. xD. Then Diana came in. Boy she was radiant. I ran to go go greet her and I almost fell over. okay so we had warmups, and I was chewing my gum while I was singing so Angela, Diana, and Michelle said I looked obnoxious. xD I was looking at them the whole time while I was singing. All the choir people looked.. so beautiful.
haha so then the band started practicing, so I went outside. I felt like a loner for a while, and then I saw Grace. Ahh she was sooo pretttty. She and I were jumping up and down, and then finally I had to go pee so we went to the bathroom. We saw a condom in the toilet o_o;;. It was used.. eewwwie. Then I went peepeee. It was mighty hard =_=;;. Then I came out and Grace said my penis was showing so I hid it xD.
We ran around taking billions of pictures. My eyes hurt from the flashing xD. Grace's parents took so many pictures. The flashes were so blinding ;_;. After, it was time to wait in line. Wow that took forever. So Grace, Michelle, Jennifer, Diana +all the 1-18 rows met up. Then it was time to go again, so yes. ;_; I picked a wedgie and someone saw me. boy that was mad embarassing -_-;;.
and then finally it was time for the ceremony to start. So then we walk in to Vitamin C i think.. I started tearing up. I looked for my parents.. but they weren't there yet so I felt glum :/ The whole thing started.. and wow it passed by so fast. Then my family finally came in ^_^. We did the pledge, and after standing up for what seemed like forever, Mr. Johnson finally announced for the choir members to step up. I was nervous while I walked up to the front.. and then the crowd bursted with applause. I went up there.. and I stood there and tried to find all my friends in the crowd. Oh yeah and my dad ran up to the places where the students sat, and he sat in someone's seat and started taking pictures of me. Then he got yelled at ^_^;; and had to go back.
We sang America the Beautiful, and like nobody sang along. -_-;;. Oh yes Missy and Heidi were the soloists for this. The crowd screamed and hooted, and then.. finally.. Seasons. Hannah and Sarah stepped up. Then.. we finally sang. x_x;; I don't think we sounded all that good, but I got teary.. I looked at Michelle and everyone else.. and I just sang my heart out. Then the soloists came up, and Sarah tripped behind the wire. I was laughing so hard xD. The song ended so fast it seemed, and then everyone started screaming. I looked at my family and they looked so happy, with radiant smiles on their faces. Mr. Johnson announced for the band to step up and play Centuria. I must say.. wow it was awesome. Great job you guys! xD I was getting so pumped up while they were playing that I started dancing and then I almost tripped and fell. Then we left.. and they gave out awards and made speeches. Oh and then we had to stand up for several different acknowledgements. He announced the OA award, and Grace, Maggie, and I stood up. xD I was going craaazy. Then we also stood up for.. the presidential awards and stuff. Then they were passing out the awards. All I remember is, Gigi got best scholar, Jessica Leandro got the citizenship award, and Katherine and Daniel got the other citizenship awards.
Then it was time for the actual promoting. It passed by so fast.. and DANG it was so hot.. so Diana and I sat there melting in our seats. We screamed for Grace and Michelle even though we weren't supposed to xD. Then it was Diana's turn and I screamed for her :). and then it was my turn.. wow stepping up there.. wow it hit me right then. I felt so sad.. but happy at the same time. I shook Mr. Johnson's hand and walked back to my seat. Belyn hugged me and gave me flowers <3. Meanwhile, my dad was taking pictures of me. how horrible ;_;. It was then time to go.. wow it passed by so fast.
We all met up outside and started taking pictures.. here I'll post some of them. <3 Credits to Eric because he sent me them.
