Today was an awesome day.
So today I get to school just barely on time to get stampeded by my lovely group of friends who demanded endless hugs from me. :)
Biology was a blur for me, since we had a test on bacteria and viruses. I was again bombarded with hugs in Biology from Chrisy, Amanda, Jennifer, Karen, and Jennifer, and Jennifer. I've gotten to know both Amanda and Chrisy so much better this year. Chrisy because of track, and Amanda because of the many classes that we have together. What can I say about Jennifer? I've known her for just a few short years, but there were short and sweet. Jennifer is always a person that cheers you up, no matter what mood you may be in. Whether it's with her silly actions or her funny choice of words, she always manages to cheer you right up.
Before the Biology tests, Jasmine and Kevin came in with presents and wished me a happy birthday. I love Kevin and Jasmine. Sometimes I think Kevin is even girlier than me, but he's still very awesome. I'll always remember all those times we made fun of Eric and just laughed at the most random things. Jasmine is one of the sweetest juniors I've met, she's always full of smiles and hugs, and she makes me smile when I think about her. It's been really great knowing them both.
During the break before Advisory, I took like a billion pictures with everyone.
Double DD's. :)
Here's a group picture! :). From left to right: Diana, me, Angela, Jennifer Lai, and Jennifer Wang.
So I went to Grace and Annie's class for Advisory, which was very fun. Grace and Tammy, especially Tammy, were being camera whores.
My hamster!
It's Tammy and Grace.
Raha (on the way left) looks like a really cute puppy, doesn't she?
Tammy, Grace, and Annie. I rarely have any pictures of Annie, so I'm really happy I got some today. <3
Hamster and Chipmunk! <3 So everyone says Tammy looks like a hamster, and I look like a chipmunk. So the name just kinda stuck. I
My lovely Grace and me! I'm so glad I got to know Grace a lot better this year. We started off the year as just friends, but now I can gladly say that we really are, truly, friends. All the inside jokes that we share will always be with me. I know I can be myself around her. She's so easy to talk to, so easy to be around. Whenever I think about her, she just simply makes me smile.
Annie, Dale, and Tammy. Edit: :D I remember Annie handed me two DVDs, Garden State and Mulan 2. She said, "This is your birthday present, Dale. Oh yeah, be sure to give it back to me after you watch them though." XD Silly girl. So I've known Annie since the elementary school days, but it wasn't until this year that I really got to know her. But when I did, I found out that she's a spontaneous and crazy girl that loves to laugh. She's so thoughtful and she knows just what to say to make you crack up. I look forward to all the years that we'll stay friends, and hopefully, we'll become closer.
This is Annie's shirt. Grace and Tammy kept taking a picture of her chest, instead of the shirt.
Some more of my lovely camera whores. :D. They're both so red in the face because they kept laughing so hard.
P.E. locker room right before P.E. Susan, Tammy, Me, Karina, and Angela.
After dressing, it's Karina and Tammy, like usual :P.
Edit: Salsa dips! :) Where's the chips? Angela is one of the most awesome girls that I've ever had the pleasure of becoming friends with. I feel like I can talk to her about anything. Even though we've had our share of good and bad times, those experiences have shaped us into better people. I don't know what I'd do without her. Even though we rarely ever get the chance to talk, it's been so lovely being friends with her. And hopefully, we'll be able to hang out a bunch more over the summer and the years to come.
Could I look any dumber? :) Why yes I could. From left to right: Dips, Tammy, and Me. :O Edit: So I didn't know where to write about Tammy because we really didn't take pictures together, but oh well. :) If you haven't noticed already, she absolutely LOVES taking pictures, but she doesn't really like to take them. That's why she's in 3/4ths of the pictures. :) I used to know Tammy when we were at Weibel. But now she's totally different. She's no longer the little girl with curly big hair and tights (:D well we were all like that, weren't we?) that I remember her as. Now, I know her as my hamster friend. We haven't really had any one on one times, but I've enjoyed the times that we've spent together in P.E., Open Gym even though I barely go, and just lunchtimes and stuff. Hopefully as the years go on, we'll be able to get more individual time together, and I'll be able to get to know her a little better.
Jasmine and the wondrous balloon. I love the presents she gave me. :O When I was coming into math, the balloons were covering my face and I tripped over the trash can.
Me and the two Kris/Chris es. It's so cool how they have the same name, but it's spelled differently.
I had to take this picture so many times because Jennifer's mouth was constantly moving. Silly girl. :)
-_-;;
David, me, and Grace! >:]
Edit: Karina is a savage. I'll always remember Karina as the funny, yet light headed girl that is always full of compliments and "thank yous." I haven't really gotten to know yet, but it doesn't take a lot of time to realize what a lovely girl Karina is.
..
Matt and Andrew. Edit: They're two of the most awesome guys that you might meet. Through this whole school year, I've learned that they don't really act like the boys that you see when you look at them from the outside, but rather, they're giddy little girls on the inside. I don't really get to talk to Andrew all that much, but all the times that I have seem to have made up for it. Whether it's with his silly gestures, face expressions, or the way he tries to smack me sometimes, he always manages to keep me smiling. I always thought that Matt was really macho and manly. But when I learned that he took 30 minute showers, does his own laundry, and has his own garden, I realized I was obviously wrong. Matt is a really awesome guy to be around, and I'm glad I got to know him tons better this track season.
Double Ds, and Kevin!
They're so adorable together.
The two yearbook nerds and Nathan, the band nerd. :)
Edit:
I love Maggie <3 I don't take enough pictures with her, or of her. I get to spend a lot of time with Maggie at church. It's been wonderful being able to talk about God, school, friends, and well everything at church. I really treasure my times at church together with her.
I think this is me after Eric flicked my head. It hurt.
Diana, Maggie, Jennifer, Andrew, Chris, and Spencer. Andrew and Jennifer are like the opposite sex versions of each other.
This is in Math class. Ryan and Joseph are a little strange. :)
Amanda and me! I actually didn't have to bend down for this picture. :O
Uh, Eric Lin? I'm not sure why I have this picture on my camera, but oh well.
Look at Bob's abnormally shaped head. Today in P.E, Bob tackled me to the ground when I was just about to make a touchdown. -_-;; we weren't even playing football, either. Edit: I've known Bob for quite a while now. Ever since Elementary school. I remember my nickname for him was Boob, and then Hippy Boob, and then.. Spongebob, and.. yeah now it's Chou Guh Guh. Bob and I used to be really close, but then now we're in high school, and we're not really close anymore.
I just can't get enough of my friends. :)
I think this picture if pretty self explanatory.
Eric and I are twins! We were matching today. I haven't known Eric for very long, but we were once really close. We'd talk on the phone sooo many hours a day, and it seemed like we could laugh at just about anything. In fact, we did. Sometimes it'd be so awkwardly quiet on the phone that we'd start laughing, but that's the great thing with him. :D I feel so free with I talk to him, when I laugh with him, and when I'm around him. I'm sorry I almost socked you in the ...yeah today Eric.
Diana Kim: My buddy, my left boob. We've gone through tough times together, and we've gone through fun times together. I hope that we'll always be able to talk about things so freely like we do now, but I hope that even though it seems like we know each other so well now, that we'll continue learning new things about each other every coming day. She's so different from most people, in so many ways. But different is not always bad, especially when it comes to Diana.
It's so hard to get a decent picture of David Kim. I made him keep taking pictures until he looked at the camera and smiled. I would've made him retake this one, but I had to leave. David Kim is a boy that I got to know a lot better this year, and I'm really glad I did. It seems like with every single day that passes by, I learn more and more things about him that are so shocking, good things about him that I never knew about.
And since I wasn't able to see Michelle today, here is a picture of her. :) Just because she's the special person that she is. Please don't kill me when you see this. ^_^;;
I love this girl. She's so very thoughtful. Even though she was really tired and sleepy last night, she stayed up until 11:30 with me because she wanted to talk to me until midnight to wish me a happy birthday. And even though she wasn't able to, she's still very very awesome. It seems like I've known her all my life, even if it's been only a few years. It felt so strange today not being able to see her at school, because for the past few years, I've always been able to spend my birthday with her, but even if she's not there physically, she's always there in spirit. Wow this sounds like she died, huh? Well I just wanted to dedicate this entry to you Michelle, because even though you weren't able to spend the day with me, you were there in my heart. Even though you're not with me in the pictures as I'm smiling and looking like an idiot, you're always just right there beside me, grinning that grin you always make.
I'm not really done with the entry, but I guess I'll have to finish it later. Gah, it's already 8. I guess I'll be heading home now. Thank you everyone so much for just saying happy birthday to me, giving me endless amounts of hugs, and just, being there. Sometimes it may seem like nothing, but to me, it seems like everything in the world.
Edit: Once again, thanks everyone, I really and truly did have a happy birthday.
