A small epiphany

Do you realize that people eat french toast and pancakes and other comparable pastries for breakfast every day? Yet other pastries are called desserts. I made a baked variety of french toast, so I saved on the butter I would have used in the pan, and I even served it without the syrup, which is all sugar anyway. breakfast, brunch, second breakfast, lunch, supper, third breakfast, snack, dinner and dessert are not determined by menu, but by order.

Surely pizza is not a "breakfast" item, but guess what? Thats when I ate it. "Fear not that thine eggs go late into the eve, and hold fast to thine faith of meat and potatoes at the dawn."

Oh, and an exception to the rule, imortalized by t-shirts around the world, "Life is uncetain...eat dessert first"

I must call to edit, though...before the Brits cut off your teats....

I see you made bastardized sponge pudding....the treacle is the golden syrup poured over the sponge pudding...bird's custard...is just that.

Because you revisited my favorite dessert, I shall pick up the ingredients for you so you may customize the meal and make it your way (making improvements along the way, of course).

I'm going back to my double stuffed french toast nestled between two Krispy Kreams...
