Don't sell yourself short. You're VERY experienced with babysitting, and if these kids are such terrors, you should be paid even MORE, not less; these jerks who don't know how to raise and discipline their children are taking advantage of you. $20 is about how much you should get for 2-3 hours. If it's 8 hours, esp. straight, I'd want at least $50, if not something closer to $80.
