I meant that I keeping coming home and feeling like I'm tired and then I fall asleep and then it is 8 or 9 and dark and it gets me down. And then I can't get myself to do anything important.
i do that too! but i usually fall asleep at 11 or midnight and then my body perceives it as a nap so i wake up at 3 and cant fall asleep until 10am and then i am 2 hours late for work. my internal clock is soooo messed up...
