I'm not sure if you have seen the movie, I only made it through this scene, but Buffalo Bill actually said this and not Dr. Hannibal Lecter. Still, it amazes me how many different people try to make this into a joke. I don't find any of them funny when considering the context. And that includes the Family Guy rendition.

Duh! You're so right! It's been so long that i'd forgotten it was Buffalo Bill. I just saw the line and thought of Anthony Hopkins.

Don't worry about it! I'm sure it's all psychological. How does one respond to different situations? There is something about psychological thrillers that just gets to me. I love to watch them, and I will give them all a chance, but the Hannibal series is one that seriously bothers me. It's too bad because I would love to read the books so that I could discuss plot points with devonai.

Hannibal was a good, albiet traumatizing, movie. Reminds me of Sin City... *twitch*

Sin City WAS awesome... very well done. I just have an aversion to pokie-things :) It was full of them!
