The first one is the lie. I'm neither completely self-conscious nor totally narcissistic - instead, I'm satisfied with the way I look.

Honestly? I wrote "the second one is the lie" then copied and pasted it in response to a whole bunch of people's comments - except for four random ones where I changed it to third and one to first. I wasn't even reading them until after I posted.
