Why does Canada have the best music? They've got Feist, Peaches, Broken Social Circle (among others) and now Basia Bulat, a woman with an amazingly delicate yet vigorous voice. OK, yes, I'm a totally random LJ person, but I felt the need to say "hi" because the name "faygoredpop" is a total crack-up to me. I grew up in Cincinnati and consumed that stuff constantly. That, and the chocolate flavor.

And Canadian music is cool.
