I linked it on my Twitter 2 months ago. I loved it. So beautiful and sad. ;_;

Right!? I find it so amazing. I mean... there's a trend of thought in the western world even now like oh those soviet bastards, but it just goes to show that everyone's the same when it comes to things like this.

I love how passionate she is while she's doing her art, too. ;_;

I wish I'd seen it earlier; I wonder how I missed that tweet.

My ex is half Ukrainian and that made me more moved by it. I've always had an interest in the Soviet countries after taking World History in high school, and having a Romanian classmate and teacher tell us about how it was like living there.

You should see her other videos! They're all so sad. :(

OH OH, CTV morning news was talking about her about a week after I saw the video. I thought it was cool that they mentioned her here. *_*

I think only Seki and Maiki caught the tweet. I spam a lot anyway so it's easy to miss. XD;

Ohh, that sounds amazing. I hadn't taken History (my timetable never permit it, I suppose), but I've had an interest in Soviet Russia since around high school, too. I've never heard any first-hand accounts of it, though, so I'm a little jealous of you there. XD;

I'll make a point of watching them soon! I wanna... finish that sketch first before I get distracted again, though. Thanks for the rec. 8'D

ALSO MAN it's times like these when I wish I watched tv; I think it's so cool they mentioned her here, too, since foreign things like this almost never get mentioned.

YOUR SPAM IS WONDERFUL

That was amazing. I've never seen someone use sand as a medium like that.

It was. The concept of sand artwork isn't new to me, but I'd never considered the idea of working with it on a light table like that. XD;

This sort of thing makes me wonder what I'm doing with my own work, haha. :(
