These past few weeks I haven't been able to draw/paint basically ANYTHING. I can come up with ideas, but for some reason I just cant funtion to actually do it

yep! thats exactly what I'm doing. I'm working on the nose part right now, and I'm going to post it step by step so u can see how i did it
