On Religious Intolerance

I have observed that the world has suffered far less from ignorance than from pretensions to knowledge. It is not skeptics or explorers but fanatics and ideologues who menace decency and progress. No agnostic ever burned anyone at the stake or tortured a pagan, a heretic, or an unbeliever.

One of my favorite quotes ... many thanks for posting it.

I hope all is well out there. And spring is just around the corner!

It has been a long winter, and if I am complaining, I feel for the Iowans; I called my friend and could not even get a smile in his voice, with fifty-one inches of snow, I guess I can relate to that. We need the sunshine and spring will be so welcome. Hope you are doing good, too.

Always good to see you on my Friends Page Fayzee. I think I missed commenting on your last couple of entries because of being away and then too much catching up to do, but I always read what you have to say, eventually.

Nice to hear from you, and I wish I would spend more time at the journal. seems I don't find as much to share, and I do enjoy seeing the posts of my friends. Hope things are going good for you.
