SECRET SANTA LETTERS!
Assignments are out to all 24 participants in this year's holiday fic exchange! Thanks to everyone who signed up (if you haven't received your assignment, please email fbslashmod@gmail.com ASAP). Now that you all have gotten your assignments, it's time to give one more thought as to what you want for your fic!
Your Secret Santa letter is a letter to your anon, letting them know what you like and don't like in fic. What your anon already knows is the list of pairings you like, what ratings you want to read and the prompts you chose to give. If you want to give them any more insight into the prompts you chose this is a good time to vocalize that...whether you want to write small letters for each pairing/prompt or write one letter encompassing what you like/don't like of fic in general, it's up to you :) Note, it isn't prudent to make a list of demands or anything, since writers typically like room to work with, but a few suggestions can't hurt.
Now is the time to mention any thing in fic that squicks you out (namely kinks that would be considered a warning or any pet peeves) or things in fic that generally don't interest you (players feeling guilty or being secretive, wags/kids, etc)...but also to tell them what you really loooove to read about (player a in charge, player b being vocal, kinks, little details they might not have thought of).
These are only optional, but it can help the person who is writing for you get a better idea of what you want and may shape any questions they had about your prompt. Anonymous commenting is allowed if you are the writer and want to ask the commenter questions but don't forget to tick the anon box! You don't want to give yourself away!
