Thursday night: Othello. Pretty good production; the role of Othello was outstanding, but Iago not so much. Iago came across as pretty dimension-less, not a deep actor. Several times, I felt like the actors were obeying the director's instructions about where to move rather than doing what the character felt compelled to do; this got in the way

Almost forgot: on the way back from Chicago, I stopped in at a Trader Joe's (which doesn't exist within two hours of where I live) and bought over $200 worth of stuff that I brought home! This will keep me quite happily fed for a while.

I also discovered, to my tremendous pleasure, that there is a Jamba Juice directly across from the Trader Joe's! That sure made the drive home more pleasant!
