Rules!
Please bear in mind that the goal of registration is to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible so they can get out of line and go enjoy the con. These rules are in place to facillitate that, as the registration staff is very focused on that goal. Asking for things that counterdict the rules will only get a response of "no", and you will only be delaying the other folks behind you in line.
FURSUITERS: DO NOT COME TO BUY OR PICKUP YOUR REGISTRATION IN SUIT. YOU WILL BE TOLD TO COME BACK OUT OF SUIT.
Cash is the fastest and easiest way to pay, and it's always accepted. We also take Master Card, Visa & Discover, but we cannot guarantee acceptance. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
Identification is required in order for us to provide you with a badge. We have to verify your human face against your government issued ID.
On site badges are limited to sixteen alpha-numeric characters. Upper and lower case A-Z, 0-9 and spaces only. No symbols, no accents, no punctuation marks.
Minors must have a notarized parental consent form, or have their parents on site with them. If 16 or 17 they may be left unattended, but anyone 15 or younger must be with a parent while at the convention. That consent form can be found here - [url=

If you have questions pertaining to the convention you may ask at the information desk in the lobby, or ask at operations in the boardroom. If you don't have any business at the registration desk, please refrain from loitering in the area.
Current attendance totals will not be given out to attendees so please do not ask the registration staff. An official count of our registration numbers will be announced at closing ceremonies.
Hours!
Thursday:
7-10 PM - Pre-reg pickup in the St. Claire room
8-10 PM - On site registration in the coat room
Friday:
10 AM-8 PM - Full Service registration in the coat room
9:30 PM-11 PM - Pre-Reg pickup & Dance Registration outside Ballroom
Saturday:
10 AM-6 PM - Full Service registration in the coat room
9:30 PM-11 PM - Pre-Reg pickup & Dance Registration outside Ballroom
Sunday:
10 AM-1 PM - Full Service registration in the coat room
Outside of those hours, pre-reg badges can be picked up from Operations in the board room.
Prices!
Daily memberships will cost $15.
They do not include a con book, but those can be purchased for an additional $5.
Attending memberships will cost $30.
They include a con book and access to everything the con has to offer, minus the sponsor's lounge.
Sponsor memberships will cost $65.
They include the book, the sponsor's lounge (with beer if you're 21+), and special gifts (while supplies last).
Super Sponsor memberships will cost $120.
They include everything the sponsors get, more gifts, and priority seating. You also get your choice of a convention shirt or hat, which can be picked up at the con store in Artist's Alley. We may be able to accommodate a limited number of on site supersponsors at the luncheon on Saturday, but there is no guarantee and discounts from the $120 price will not be provided.
Dance memberships will cost $10.
This is a special class of badge for people who JUST want to attend the dances. You have to be 18 or older, and we will only be accepting cash payments outside of the ballroom. This may be a great way to introduce a friend to the con (or even the fandom) if they are reluctant to attend. The price is per evening.
Upgrades!
Pre-regged but didn't sponsor? Buy a daily membership and realize the con is so awesome that you have to attend the whole thing? Enjoy the dances so much you want to check out what the con is like when the sun is out? Simply need to have the exclusive Super Sponsor swag? No problem!
Just take the amount that you paid for your badge and subtract it from the cost of the badge you want, pay the difference at the desk and we'll print you out a new badge. This can only be done at the main registration desk, and you'll have to wait in the regular line. So we suggest waiting for an off-peak time for such requests.
