wtf? Thats so weird. well i guess why not just apply? you don't have to go if you get in and it's better than paying like a million dollars for apps. thats straight retarded btw...

yeah i know... but i woke up the next morning and i was like f-this i'll just apply there. if my parents pay for applications i can pay for more clothes! haha
