i agree w/ caitlin, its deff necessary sometimes. i know how u feel w/ the whole family thing. i feel bad about always being gone too, but i think they understand that im gonna kinda grow apart from them right now. dont beat yourself up, you're an amazing person.

maybe chase's surprise will cheer u up!?!?? seriously, call me right when u find out, i wanna know so bad.

and FYI, once xc is done (this weekend) we r hanging out like, 24/7 on weekend!!! lotsa jess-and-kaylee time, like last summer:) and maybe i can drive every once and a while!!!! in my sexy van. u know you're jealous.

its not whether my family understands that we're growing apart, its me. as much as i wanna grow up, i really miss being young too. im torn. but its not like i can go back in time. i just wanna make the most out of what i have now, and i dont feel like im doing that. thats partly why i felt so crappy.

and im sure chase's surprise will cheer me up. the flowers he gave me today def. did! and i'll call you, i'll send a mass text message out to like half the school, since everyones like dying to know haha.

and i cant wait to get driven around in the kaylee bus. itll be so hot.
