if you make up information they'll find out because they look into everything, and i cant do my grandparents because they only took care of me for a year whereas my mom took care of me 13 and my dad 4. its annnoyyyyinggg

I just did that for school too. If I didn't start talking to my parents aagain I'd have the same problem, not to mention it was a pain just to get them to give me their social and tax info, them freaking out on why I need all this information, they insisted on calling the school cause they didn't believe me. I told them," listen dum dums, your information does not make you reliable for what I owe, your info just effects how much money I get until I'm 24 happy

i dont live with my grandparents anymore, i didnt for a year until i was 18 and then i moved out. plus, they live 2 hours away from me. but i went down to the school yesterday and brought some stuff and they accepted it so i filled out the fafsa and i need to send in the signature page and it will be done. it was super frustrating though
